The Neuro-Rehabilitation Program

The Neuro-Rehabilitation Program is recommended for individuals with neurological diagnoses such as Stroke, Brain Injury, Guillain Barre, and degenerative nervous system disorders.

The Neuro-Rehabilitation Program is appropriate for adult patients who fit the following description and consists of Inpatient, Outpatient, Community Re-Entry, Assisted and Independent Living, Fitness and Leisure, and Wellness components:
• An established diagnosis
• Completed any invasive procedures
• Management plan for their medical conditions (e.g. cardiac, no excessive bleeding), or
• A prognosis of recovery and discharge to a lower level of care
