I. Walton Helping Hands: An employee-giving program comprised of employees from Walton Community Services, Walton Options for Independence Living, Inc. and Walton Rehabilitation Hospital. Out mission: to provide financial assistance for adults and children with disabilities to obtain needed equipment, supplies and/or services for which there is no other funding source.

II. Walton Community Services, Inc. General Fund Brings independence home by assisting people with physical disabilities live as independently as possible.

    Further restricted to:
  • Harison Heights: Independent Living Apartments, assisted-living suites.

  • Walton West Transitional Living Center: a ten bed, post-acute rehabilitation program for individuals who have sustained a brain injury.

  • Walton Manor: a five-bedroom group home.

  • Other residential services: 135 one and two-bedroom apartments; a collaborative effort with HUD to offer residential options to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities.

III. Walton Options for Independent Living, Inc. General Fund A non-profit, nonresidential center that provides assistive technology-related services to people of all ages and with all types of disabilities living in eastern Georgia and western South Carolina.

    Further restricted to:
  • Capital Campaign to purchase new home facility located at 948 Walton Way, Augusta, GA.

  • OPERATION INDEPENDENCE: to provide, install wheel chair ramps, grab bars, etc. to homes of consumers for an increased level of independence.

IV. Walton Rehabilitation Hospital General Fund Exists to improve the health status and enhance the quality of life for people with physical disabilities.

    Further restricted to:
  • "Annie's Fund" (special needs car seat fund)
  • Camp TBI (to be independent)
  • Pastoral Services Fund
  • "Winners on Wheels" Pediatric Program
