Georgia Artists with Disabilities Tour

The Georgia Artists with Disabilities tour finds its home at Walton Rehabilitation Hospital for one month each spring.  This year the artwork will be at Walton from April 5th until April 28th.  The art exhibit features the winning pieces from the Georgia Artists with Disabilities Exhibition in addition to numerous entries from local disabled artists. Read about David Godbee and Mike McCullough, two local artists whose work has been exhibited on this tour.

The Georgia Artists with Disabilities’ tour is sponsored by the Pilot Clubs of Metro Atlanta. Their mission is to provide mediums through which disabled artists in Georgia can display their artistic accomplishments in all disciplines of the arts. Exhibits include acrylic, watercolor, oil, pencil, photography, and wall hangings. The exhibit is open to public and is free of charge.  Be sure to click on Undercover Artists to find out about a simultaneous event going on this year to further promote Georgia Artists with Disabilities.
