Fees and Insurance
Walton Headache Center services are typically covered by most major insurance plans, as well as Workers’ Compensation, Medicaid and Medicare. However, it is always a plus to check the specialty services benefits, covered by your insurance. If you are on the HMO insurance plan, you will require a referral from your primary care physician, before scheduling an appointment. If your plan does not cover headache management services, you will be responsible for those charges. Your co-pay is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
